At Mininebuilzer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on personal care items, undergarments, or items marked "Final Sale"

To initiate a return, email us at help@mininebulizer.in with:

Your Order ID
Reason for return
Product photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we'll share return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged product? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item and place a new order.
